Second part of this

Humanisation study of some of Parappa's friends, alonside with their brainwashed state .

A very brief introduction for each of them:
PJ Berri: Parappa's best friend, he always hangs out with him. He may seem a bit nonchalant, he's always ready to help his friends for everykind of projects.
Sunny Funny: Parappa's crush , she always hang out with the crew. She has a sweet and kind personality towards people.
Katy Kat: the energic bassist and vocalist of the MilkCan band, she always hangs out with Parappa's crew.
Ma-San: Katy's friend and also the drummer of the MilkCan band. She does know Parappa, but don't really hang out with his group though. Despite being small, she is really strong for her height.

Once the brainwashing progress is done, the free will is then absolutely neutralized. 
Individuals can't rely anymore on their very own judgement. They'll then only trust what they heard of saw on TV, being absolutely sure that the information is legit. 
Brainwashed individuals are usually hostil toward strangers and/or anyone who doesn't share their points of view, and can become agressive if they can't fulfill the task they have been ordered to do, or if someone try to stop them.

(Brainwashed citizens have they eyes turned-off, and tend to pick a - not so random - item to use it as a blunt/cold weapon.)
